Faith, family & values
Faith and family come before business.
That is the order I live in, and it is the order I work in. I follow Jesus, I love my wife, and I run my practice out of those two commitments.
The people behind the practice
My wife Morgan is the best part of my life. We have a baby on the way and a yellow lab named Poppie who thinks she runs the house. Most of what I know about patience and generosity I learned at home, not at work.
I say this plainly because it matters to how I do business. When I sit down with a family, I am thinking about my own. I want the same honesty for you that I would want for us.
God has been good to us. I do not take that for granted, and I try to hand it forward.

I will not ask anyone to do what I am not doing myself. Leadership means showing up prepared, owning my mistakes, and helping the people around me grow into more than they thought they could be. The best thing I can build is other leaders.
